| Michael Phelps: Shirtless Winning Start at Worlds Posted: 26 Jul 2009 08:44 PM PDT  Michael Phelps celebrates victory in the Men’s 4x 100m Freestyle Final during the 13th FINA World Championships at the Stadio del Nuoto on Sunday (July 26) in Rome, Italy. “When we come into a meet we have a goal to win all three relays, and I think this is a perfect way to end day one,” the 24-year-old swimming champ said. “Relays are raced as a team, and I think all four guys swam a great race.” (The other three swimmers: Ryan Lochte, Matthew Grevers and Nathan Adrian.) Here’s what the 32-year-old reality TV dad told People: On his dating status: “At this point … I’m single – per se. I’m just a regular guy who just wants to have friendship and good times. And I like meeting people.” On 22-year-old Hailey Glassman: “She’s always a good friend of mine. Her family is so good. They took me in and I lived there for a while. I love them to death. She doesn’t like this [craziness]. She loves me for who I am and not for what I do We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us. I’m not looking for anyone.” On former Star magazine reporter Kate Major: “We are just friends.” On the Gosselin kids meeting dad’s new girlfriend: “I don’t want to introduce anyone to my kids.
