Mulrey Joseph "Joey" McIntyre was born 31 December 1972 is an American singer-songwriter and actor. He is best known as the youngest member of the group, New Kids on the Block. McIntyre is the youngest of nine children in an Irish-American Catholic family.
McIntyre immersed himself with songwriting and sought a record deal. McIntyre used his own money to record his first solo album remains the same, and sold it on his website. McIntyre recorded the song "Remember Me" for the film Southie, who played former band mate Donnie Wahlberg.
McIntyre and his bride were married Barrett Williams 9 August 2003, exactly one year after they had met. McIntyre appeared in the film Wed Broadway, which was filmed in his hometown of Boston. McIntyre and his wife Barrett Williams welcomed their first child, a boy named Griffin, 20 November 2007 in Los Angeles.
