Kristen Bell & John Krasinski: Everybody Loves Whales! Posted: 23 Jun 2010 06:50 PM PDT Kristen Bell is in negotiations to star in Everybody Loves Whales, with Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski! The 29-year-old When In Rome actress would star in an adaptation of a true story set in 1988 during the Cold War. Whales “tells the true story of a small-town news reporter (Krasinski) and a Greenpeace volunteer (Barrymore) who enlist the help of rival superpowers to save three majestic gray whales trapped under the ice of the Arctic Circle,” according to THR. Kristen plays an L.A. reporter who dreams of getting her breakout story. For now Kristen has her plate full with three films in the works: You Again, Sheepish and Burlesque.

The trio opened up to the mag to do a little rumor control (via Access): Kristen on confessing her rumored romance with Rob backstage on The Oprah Winfrey Show: "She glided over to me – and she was strong, by the way, really firm hands – and she said, 'How are you?' I said, 'Good.' She said, 'Good. Are you nervous?' I said, 'Yeah, I am, but I think I'm OK.' She said, 'Good. We'll have fun.’ And then she just walked away. The 34-year-old “Born Free” singer shared details on her dream wedding outfit in addition to what her life was like as a child. On what she wants to wear to her wedding: "I've always wanted to get married in a white suit," she says. "I used to work at a Kodak lab in England, cutting photos after they'd come out of the wash, and in one I saw this couple getting married on a beach in white suits, and their kid was there."
