Shooting is scheduled to begin soon in Atlanta, Georgia. Here’s the synopsis: “Sloane is beautiful, stylish and on the fast track to success at her public relations form. | Defendant: Leo DiCaprio's Story is a Cover-Up Posted: 23 Aug 2010 03:30 PM PDT  Aretha Wilson, the woman accused of slashing Leonardo DiCaprio’s face with a glass, now claims that Leo started the confrontation between the two. The woman’s lawyer requested a toxicology report on Leo from the evening the events occurred as well as his medical records, according to TMZ. Aretha’s counsel also claims that Leo didn’t report the incident for three days and that witnesses’ testimonies don’t line up. "Leonardo DiCaprio has fully cooperated with prosecutors on this case for over five years,” his lawyer, Blair Berk, tells JustJared.com. “It is outrageous that this woman – who has a long and violent history, and became a fugitive to avoid standing trial in the United States when she assaulted our client five years ago – is now making up lies to further avoid responsibility in this matter. This is a classic example of the victim of a violent crime becoming the victim once again." |

Here’s what the 21-year-old actor had to share: What can viewers expect during the final ep? Expect to have your minds blown as the characters hit their hardest moments ever. RJ Berger will be a definitively different show after tonight’s episode. Congrats on season 2! How do you think the new season will compare to the first? The show takes on a different tone starting with tonight’s episode. In the second season, the jokes are smarter and the plots will be more serial so each episode’s events will directly affect the next one’s. What’s it like working with creators David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith? David and Seth are two of the most sincere and humble director/writers I’ve ever worked with. Just last night I called Seth with an idea for season 2. They’re very open to our ideas and set the tone for a fantastic collaborative setting. How was your summer? Did you do any traveling? "She's going to play Courteney's shrink named Bonnie," exec producer Bill Lawrence tells EW. "Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life [Courteney's character] Jules' wishes she has." Lawrence adds, "It starts and ends with Courteney and Jennifer being really great friends and excited to work together again—especially doing comedy together. Every day that those two talk they have more ideas about [the role]. It's definitely something they're both involved in creatively."
