The 31-year-old R&B singer shared, "It is an honor to once again be a part of the MTV Video Music Awards. | John Mayer Slams Huffington Post Posted: 26 Aug 2010 08:32 PM PDT  John Mayer gets into a cyberscuffle with the Huffington Post after the online newspaper published a story with the title, “John Mayer & Jennifer Aniston BACK TOGETHER?” The 32-year-old musician fired back at the HuffPo on his blog saying, “Huffington Post, this is reporting? How do you pay your writers now, in Silly Bandz? Do you meet your sources in a malt shoppe? This is equal parts fabricated, cobbled together and misleading.” This was in response to the original article which stated, “Are John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston back on? Mayer seemed to indicate they might be when he spoke in front of a crowd of 18,000 at his concert on Sunday at the Hollywood Bowl in LA. “I believe in second chances!” he said. “You might have been a pain in the ass the last time around, but you can still start over again from home base. Next time you get a text from the one you love just text back ‘come over’ - no matter what happened in the past. If you really love someone, just tell them and be with them.” Mayer’s biggest problem was the piece stemmed from the fact it was posted on the HuffPo, a media outlet with a generally solid reputation. He explained, “Those other rags know who they are, and even if they’re obnoxious, I’d rather have to live with them because they (and the rest of the world) know where they stand, which doesn’t make them one tenth as dangerous as you are.” The HuffPo coyly responded, “He does not deny that he and Aniston are dating.” Aniston and Mayer last dated in March of 2009. The 22-year-old newlywed may be taking part in the new film Dolphin Tale with Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd and Harry Connick, Jr.! Here’s the synopsis (via THR): “Dolphin is inspired by the true story of a dolphin named Winter who was rescued off the Florida coast and taken in by the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The movie version centers on a boy who befriends an injured dolphin who lost her tail in a crab trap. “Through their bond and friendship, the boy motivates everyone around him to help save the dolphin by creating a prosthetic appendage to replace the dolphin’s tail. | Channing Tatum Plans High School Reunion Indie Posted: 26 Aug 2010 02:20 PM PDT  Channing Tatum is teaming up with Dear John screenwriter Jamie Linden to plan a film about a group of friends who reunite ten years after their high school graduation. The 30-year-old actor is heavily involved with the development of the film, according to THR. The production is scheduled to begin in November and the script is said to be written specifically for actors including Jenna Dewan, Anna Faris and husband Chris Pratt and Chris Pine. Jenna recently told JustJared.com that she’s excited to start the project. “We’d be producing…and starring along with a bunch of other people - really, a bunch of our friends,” she shared. |

Enjoying a night on the town, the 20-year-old Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows actress headed to Bungalow 8, a hip nightclub in the Covent Garden area. Recently, Emma announced that she will be launching a spring/summer collection for People Tree. She’ll debut her new line during a 12-day eco-festival called “A Garden Party to make a Difference” thrown by Prince Charles, according to Telegraph. Emma’s new collection will be featured during the festival, which begins September 8th, and will be her third collection for the fair trade brand. Emma recently filled her Facebook fans in on her plans for the rest of the summer - she’s back from vacation with her family and is planning to relax in London for a bit before heading back to Brown!

The actor, now 41, says he quit the show because he was harassed. “I was called 'faggot' one too many times [by the show's] creators, producers, writers, directors,” he shared.
