The 28-year-old Mad Men actress wed Fred, 43, in October of 2008 and listed the date of their separation as June 26, 2010. Elisabeth listed the reason for their separation as “irreconcilable differences”. Rumors had been floating of Fred and Elisabeth’s separation since last month, but ET first confirmed the news today. |

Although the terms of the settlement are confidential and will not be disclosed, Lindsay’s team is reportedly “very happy” with the outcome. Linds originally sued for $100 million, saying that the ad used her “likeness, name, characterization and personality” without her permission. “The case between Lindsay and E*Trade has been settled,” Lindsay’s lawyer told TMZ. “There is no further comment.” In other Lohan news, Linds will head to court on Friday morning to appear in front of Judge Elden Fox after testing positive for drugs. The 23-year-old singer/songwriter’s mug shot was released this afternoon - and law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Bruno had 2.6 grams of cocaine on him at the time of his arrest. Earlier in the evening, Bruno had performed a show at the Hard Rock Cafe & Casino. Bruno was booked and released at 7:45 a.m. the same morning. Charges have not yet been filed. | Paris Hilton Pleads Guilty in Drug Case, Avoids Jail Time Posted: 20 Sep 2010 08:20 AM PDT  Paris Hilton has pleaded guilty to her cocaine possession case in Las Vegas - and she won’t be going to jail! The 29-year-old heiress will pay $2000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and go through a substance abuse program in addition to being on probation for a year. Paris‘ judge warned her that if she is arrested for anything but a minor traffic violation over the next year, she will be put into jail. “The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf-Astoria,” the judge said.
