Live on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles. The film was chosen as the closing night selection at the Los Angeles Film Festival. The 32-year-old actress was joined on the red carpet by her co-star Bailee Madison. Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, in theaters August 26, is about a young girl (Madison) who is sent to live with her father (Guy Pearce) and his new girlfriend (Holmes), and discovers creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own. The 22-year-old entertainer walked away from the evening with plenty of honors! Early on in the show, Chris picked up the award for Best Male R&B Artist. “All my fans are everything to me,” Chris said as he accepted the award. “I know it’s been a long road. I just appreciate every blessing that’s been put in front of me.” Chris also performed his hit song “Look at Me Now” alongside Lil’ Wayne and Busta Rhymes. At the end of the show, Chris picked up the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award even though the presenter made a snafu and presented the award to Rihanna and Drake!

Second place went to Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake’s Bad Teacher, which performed better than expected and took in $31 million. Third place went to Green Lantern 3D, with $18 million, followed by Super 8 with $12.2 million. Rounding out the top five was Mr. Popper’s Penguins with $11 million. The 37-year-old Office star is expecting her first child with husband Lee Kirk. Jenna recently teamed up with the Joplin Tornado Relief eBay Charity Auction to help raise funds for those affected by the devastating tornado in Missouri. "Jenna has been just amazing. She’s originally from Missouri and she donated a set visit to The Office,” auction organizer Tyler Childs told Fox411.com. "We were hoping that maybe she could sign a DVD set of The Office, but she really pressed for the set visit - something they rarely do - and she made it happen." All proceeds will benefit the United Way of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas and the Joplin Tornado Relief Efforts. |
