The 44-year-old Aussie actress browsed the store with her younger sister, Antonia, checking out Sesame Street stuffed characters and some children’s books. The day before, Nicole departed from Sydney Airport with her two daughters, Sunday and Faith. Nicole may be starring opposite Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron in the upcoming film, Paperboy. Nicole would play “a woman with a dark side who writes letters to men on death row.” She brings a case to the attention of a reporter who, along with his brother, investigate the events surrounding a murder in order to free man on death row. |
| Halle Berry Argues Gabriel Aubry Violated Custody Agreement Posted: 28 Jun 2011 08:20 PM PDT  Halle Berry visits the Pacific Design Center on Tuesday (June 28) in West Hollywood, Calif. Earlier in the day, the 44-year-old actress went to family court, claiming her ex, Gabriel Aubry, violated the custody agreement over their 3-year-old daughter Nahla. Documents submitted by her lawyer “go into great detail about Gabriel’s parenting skills,” TMZ reports. Gabriel was not in court and a judge reportedly set a hearing for a later date. The 50-year-old Californication star and 45-year-old Tower Heist actress “are taking time apart, [but] they have not decided if they will file for divorce,” a source told TMZ. David and Tea wed in May 1997 and have two children, Madelaine and Kyd, together. In October 2008, the couple announced they had split, just a few weeks after news broke David was in rehab for sex addiction. | Alexander Skarsgard 'Had Strong Opinions' About 'Battleship' Posted: 28 Jun 2011 04:50 PM PDT  Alexander Skarsgard leaves Il Pastaio after having lunch on Tuesday (June 28) in Beverly Hills, Calif. The director for the 34-year-old Swedish actor’s upcoming film, Battleship, recently chatted about why he cast Alex in the action movie. “I was first made aware of Alex Skarsgard by the 15 women who work in my office who came in collectively as one with a picture of Alex and said, ‘He is going to be in Battleship. It’s nonnegotiable,’” Peter Berg told the L.A. Times with a laugh. “When they left, I pulled up some True Blood [clips] and really liked the show and thought that he was completely right for this character. I had a great meeting with him - he and I spent a day on an aircraft carrier in San Diego. After that I was convinced he was the right guy for the film.
