I started to take a look around at my personal life and fill it up a bit with things that didn’t have anything to do with being an actor and having a public persona” (i.e., her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper). | Joe Jonas To Judge American Idol, Maybe Kelly Clarkson Posted: 18 Aug 2009 12:08 PM PDT  Joe Jonas (that’s the middle Jonas Brother) will serve as a guest judge at next week’s audition series for the reality competition series. “At this stage it doesn’t look like Paula [Abdul] will be replaced by one person,” an insider told Pop Tarts. “The celebrity judges are working really well for now.” Other celebs joining Season 9 regular judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi include Shania Twain, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham and Mary J Blige. "He's telling people that his girlfriend, Naomi [Nelson], is three months pregnant," an insider close to the gross-out guru tells Life & Style. "He's excited — and a little nervous." Johnny, 38, and Naomi started dating in September 2008. "He talks all the time about marrying her," says the insider. "Unlike his rocky first marriage [to Melanie Clapp], he wants to set up a really stable, normal household. His wild days, at least when it comes to relationships, are behind him." Johnny's 12-year marriage to Melanie ended in 2007 (they have a has a 13-year-old daughter, Madison). "He's found a degree of peace with Naomi," says the insider. | Brad Pitt is Oobermind’s Metro Man Posted: 18 Aug 2009 10:26 AM PDT  Brad Pitt is set to voice the superhero Metro Man in the upcoming animated flick, Oobermind. According to Variety, Will Ferrell replaces Robert Downey Jr. in the title role of a supervillain who imagines all his dastardly dreams coming true after defeating Metro Man, only to find life quite boring without an adversary. To fill the void, Oobermind creates a new superhero, Titan (Jonah Hill), who also wants to be bad, forcing Oobermind to switch sides. Tina Fey voices the reporter tasked with keeping track of the city’s confusing superhero situation. Today Show co-anchor Ann Curry asked Brad if he might be doing the movie in order to appear heroic to his and Angelina Jolie’s children: Maddox, 8; Pax, 5; Zahara, 4; Shiloh, 3; and twins Knox and Vivienne, 1. “It’s just something they’ll enjoy and think that’s cool,” he responded. |
