Hayden and Rachel (both 28) later did some grocery shopping at Nature Mart. The couple purchased a pair of papayas and some energy drinks. | Ben McKenzie: Jerry’s Famous Deli Dude Posted: 11 Oct 2009 08:14 PM PDT  Ben McKenzie and a few friends dine out at Jerry’s Famous Deli on Saturday (October 10) in West Hollywood, Calif. On Thursday, NBC canceled the 30-year-old actor’s drama Southland before its season premiere. Ben hasn’t been vocal about the cancellation but his co-star Michael Cudlitz is downright angry. He tells EW, “I'm pissed. I've said it on my Twitter account. I'm pissed off. We had all the pre-season stuff, all the dinners and parties. They told us they loved and believed in the show. They said the [delay] would be good for us. On paper it all made sense so I was willing to believe I was being told the truth… I don't just walk in one day and go, ‘Eh, I'm not going to act today. I know I told you I was going to act, but I'm not going to do my thing.’ But I guess because they own the ball and the ballpark they get to do that. It's kind of cheap.” |

THR is reporting Charlize dropped out after being attached to the project for a long time. Producers are now looking to find a director to helm the movie. The Tourist is about an Interpol agent (Jolie) in Europe who manipulates an American tourist (Sam Worthington) in an attempt to flush out an elusive criminal who was her former lover. Aussie Sam, 33, has been much buzzed about since Terminator Salvation. He next stars in James Cameron's Avatar, out in December. Sam and Angie? Um, HOT! |

He’s extremely kind, incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, creative and respectful.” (He has dated former Friends stars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox.) As for her dating status, Emmy would only reveal, “I don’t discuss my love life because it’s always misinterpreted or put under the microscope. | Boyzone’s Stephen Gately Dead at 33 Posted: 11 Oct 2009 01:02 AM PDT  Stephen Gately, the 33-year-old lead singer of Irish boy band Boyzone, died on Saturday (October 10) on the Spanish island of Majorca, where he was vacationing with his husband Andrew Cowles (inset). According to UK’s NOTW, “the gay singer’s coming out ten years ago caused a sensation in the pop music world. .. He married [Cowles] in a civil union in March 2006. His manager Louis Walsh was unaware of Stephen’s sexuality when he selected him for the band and has said that, had he known, he would have thought twice before picking him, citing that “‘It wasn’t cool then to have a gay guy in a band.’” R.I.P.
