| Idina Menzel Returning to 'Glee' for Major Arc! Posted: 15 Jul 2011 08:03 PM PDT  Idina Menzel will be returning to Glee in a major arc next season, according to Deadline. The 40-year-old actress previously appeared on five episodes of the hit series’ first season as Shelby Corcoran, the biological mother of Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) and the coach of Vocal Adrenaline. Her character also adopted Quinn’s baby at the end of the season. Idina is currently in final negotiations for a return to the show that could span 10 to 12 episodes! The 25-year-old actress wore the dress on multiple occasions while filming the episode of Glee in New York City. It looks like Dianna is able to keep some of Quinn’s clothes! Dianna recently returned to Los Angeles after being away for the Glee concert tour and doing some traveling during her break. “Day one of driving.
