| Rashida Jones Visits Thai Refugee Camp with the IRC Posted: 29 Jul 2011 09:20 PM PDT  Rashida Jones meets with refugees at the Tham Hin camp in Thailand during a recent visit with the International Rescue Committee. The 35-year-old Parks and Recreation star recorded this video while visiting the area to help raise awareness about the humanitarian needs of Burmese refugees. “The IRC is responsible for providing life saving healthcare and water and food to families that need it. If you’d like to learn more about the International Rescue Committee and the work that they do and you’d like to support that, please go to Rescue.org. Thank you,” Rashida says in the video. | Ryan Kwanten: I Like Villains of the Superhero World! Posted: 29 Jul 2011 08:20 PM PDT  Ryan Kwanten holds up a JJ Coaster at Comic-Con 2011, held earlier in the month in San Diego, Calif. Here’s what the 34-year-old True Blood actor had to share with JustJared.com: JJ: You’re becoming a jaguar, aren’t you? Reveal it to JustJared.com! RK: [laughs] I don’t think Jason has the power to handle any kind of animalistic virtues that are bestowed upon him. He has a hard enough trouble being a human, let alone putting an animal into the mix. JJ: You have so many films coming out! RK: I can’t even believe it - I’ve been fooling people into hiring me! JJ: How amazing has that been? RK: Well you look at the 98% of actors that are out of work, and out of that 2%, only 1% of them are getting paid, so I just look at myself as being so unbelievably blessed. JJ: What is still on your bucket list for your career? You have a book in the works, True Blood, and so many films - what’s next? RK: Good question, I don’t know! I’m ambitious so I need to find this next thing to look for. Maybe in 5 years I’ll come back and re-answer that question. JJ: Okay, I’ll give you time to answer that. RK: [laughs] Five years, yes, thank you very much. JJ: Do you see yourself doing a superhero role? You have the body for it! RK: I really like the villains of the superhero world. I like characters that have that tortured soul mentality; quite often I feel like the heroes are so unbelievably undefeatable and no matter what force is put up against them you feel like they are going to be okay. What I like about playing a villain, I feel, there is so much more to sink your teeth into to get down and dark. JJ: Who would you like to work with? RK: I’ve always admired the work of Jennifer Connelly. JJ: She’s great, she was great in Requiem for a Dream. RK: I loved that movie, I think that’s still one of Darren Aronofsky’s best. |

The breakup “was very mutual and it happened a while ago,” a source told Us Weekly. “He’s single,” another source told the mag about the 34-year-old True Blood star.
